In such circumstances except where expressly provided to the contrary "User" shall refer to User and Client jointly and severally. User further represents and warrants that any information it has supplied in connection with the use of the Website is complete, true and accurate.

DBAG reserves the right to terminate User's access to the Website at any time and to take any action in relation thereto which it believes in its sole and absolute discretion to be appropriate. 13.2 Jurisdiction
 
Each User (excluding Client) who is not a resident of one of the states that have entered into and ratified (i) the Convention on Jurisdiction and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters signed at Brussels on 27 September, 1968 or (ii) the Convention on Jurisdiction and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters signed at Lugano on 16 September, 1988 and all Clients submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Frankfurt am Main, Germany in respect of any disputes arising under or in relation to these Terms.
 
14. Other Agreements
 
If at any time any provision (or part of any provision) of these Terms is, or becomes, illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, that shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that or any other jurisdiction of any other provision (or any other part of that provision) of these Terms.
